Find copyright infringements online

Dynamically crawl the web to find the latest uses of your images online

Some studies estimate that up to 75% of images on the internet could be copyright infringements. It wouldn't be surprising in the sense that any image that ends up on a website and is not either a personal photo, a graphic file generated by the owner of the page or an image that has been acquired from a photobank, is a potential copyright infringement.

LTU engine can be used in conjunction with a web crawler to automate the detection of online copyright infringements. First, you will need to index all your collection, or the most valuable, or copyright theft prone part of it - it might be the same part - into LTU engine. Then, you can set up a crawling system to download the whole web, or more likely the websites where you can expect to find the most copyright problems. Using it's clone matching and pattern matching features, LTU engine can then match these downloaded images with your content and automatically tell you which images belong to you on the part of the web you have crawled.

On a case by case basis, LTU technologies is able to provide their clients with a web crawler or web index from our partner Exalead. Please contact us for more information.
