Paris, France and Washington D.C. - 3 October 2008 - LTU technologies, the global leader in multimedia content control solutions, announced today it successfully demonstrated a consumer application for photo management running on Intel's next-generation processor family called Intel Core i7, expected to be launched in the Fall of this year.

In front of an audience at the Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco last week, LTU exemplified how powerful image search and image management tools, traditionally used by LTU's enterprise and government clients, can be used at the consumer level. The solution enables people with hundreds or even thousands of images to easily search, organize and manage their photos unlike any other products available on the market today.

LTU technologies Provides Powerful Search Engine for Quaero Project

Paris, France and Washington D.C. - May 19, 2008 - LTU technologies, the global leader in multimedia content control solutions, announced today its approved participation in the Quaero project. The Quaero project is a publicly funded technology initiative that aims to foster collaboration between best of breed technology companies and academic research laboratories in order to promote the development of next generation multimedia search engines and tools. The Quaero initiative will fund the development of tools to search, categorize and manage multimedia content, such as text, images and video, in different languages.

LTU began its partnership with Quaero in 2006, and will continue its participation in the exciting collaborations under the Quaero umbrella for the next three years.

LTU technologies Powers International Trademark Database

Washington DC and Paris, France - May 12, 2008 - LTU technologies, a global provider of multimedia content control solutions, announced today that eMAGE, an international trademarks research service, has reached its initial deployment phase. Intellectual property professionals will begin testing and evaluating the system which has been developed over the last two years. The development and deployment of the database was made possible by the eMARKS project, a coalition of eight international partners, each contributing their own particular technical and business capabilities necessary for the successful accomplishment of the project's objectives, sponsored by the European Union.

Washington, DC - February 4, 2008 - LTU Technologies, the global leader in image search and recognition solutions, announced today its participation at the inaugural Computer Forensics Show on February 4 - 6, 2008 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

In session L15, on Wednesday, February 6, at 1:00pm EST Alexandre Winter, LTU Technologies CEO and co-founder, and P. Kevin Smith, senior vice president worldwide sales for LTU, will present Finding Evidence and Clues Using Pixels to an audience of litigation, accounting and IT professionals. The presentation will detail how image search and recognition solutions can be harnessed to identify the pixel content of images and videos in computer forensic examinations - thus uncovering evidence that otherwise would have been very challenging for investigators to identify.

More specifically, LTU will demonstrate the ways in which pixel-based identification can be leveraged to enhance image search in sectors as diverse as law enforcement, intellectual property infringement, and enterprise search.
